Mindset in any circumstance is so very important. One of the best ways you can 'train you mind' is by meditation. This helps you to clear down your mind, focus on what you want, visualise on what you want and help you to take action to get what you want.
Important that we all realise that there are a lot of negative thinkers surrounding us. When you are surrounded by negativity, it tends to make you tired and worn down. You may recongnise negative people because they are always whingeing about one thing or another, or they are always complaining, or blaming others instead of looking to themselves.
Meditation on a daily basis can help to keep you focussed and positive.
